NorthSail has announced it is planning to launch its new webstore in April, as it aims to compete with Amazon.com and eBay for the market share it once held.
The launch comes after NorthSailing announced plans to launch a second website in April.
The company says it has signed a contract with a third-party company to develop the webstore.
The launch is the result of discussions between NorthSeeds chief executive Mark O’Brien and webmaster Jason Brown.
The webstore will allow customers to shop from all over the world.
The new site will be called NorthShips webstore and will offer products from all of NorthSands online markets.
NorthSates new website will be open from 15 March and will be launched on April 16.
NorthSail will offer NorthSailed products in all markets and will have a dedicated UK store.
Northsails new web site will also offer online purchases, but the company says the store will be available in a number of additional markets.
North Sails webstore may not be as popular as Amazon or eBay, but it is growing rapidly and it may offer a better product selection and offer a quicker delivery service.
It is unclear what NorthSays future plans will be for its online store.
It has not said when it will be closed or when it plans to add the web store to its site.
