By now, it’s pretty clear that there is a problem with the official Kisd Webstore app.
After launching on the new Android platform and iOS platforms, the official site is no longer accepting any new orders.
Users who bought the Kisd app via the official website had to re-download it.
Kisd also stopped accepting payment via credit cards and PayPal.
If you have an Android device, you will be able to continue to purchase Kisd products on the Google Play Store and the iOS App Store.
The official website is still up and running, however.
We’re still waiting for a reply from Google, but the official web store is now down.
The Kisd team has a response to the users who have contacted them and is currently working on a solution.
“As a developer, I would like to apologise for the inconvenience this has caused to our customers.
This is due to the fact that the official product and website are not up to date and we have to take this action because of a security issue,” the official said in a post on the official Google+ page.
We asked the official team to confirm this with the team on Google+ and got the following response: “Unfortunately, due to a security vulnerability we are not able to offer support on this issue.
In the meantime, we have removed all new purchases and refunds.
We are currently working with our customer support to provide the service that is most convenient to our users.”
Google+ post: This is our response to customers who have reported an issue with the Kisf app on Android.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
— Kisd (@kisd) October 6, 2018 Google+ response: We are working with customer support in the U.K. to provide a solution as soon as possible.
Thanks for your patience.
KISD has not been updated for more than three weeks, so we don’t have the full picture.
There is no confirmation yet if this is due the same issue that caused the KISDs downfall on the iOS platform.
We’ll update this post as soon we hear from the Kislos team.
The Google+ team is also working on this problem.
“We are aware of a vulnerability in the official app and we are working to resolve it as soon it becomes available,” the team wrote.
“If you are experiencing this issue, please do not hesitate to contact our support team via the email address listed on the page.
The Kisloes team also clarified that users should not expect any refunds for purchases made on the app.
“No refunds have been made,” the Kisloes team wrote, adding that they are working on resolving this issue and will provide a more detailed response once the issue is resolved.
